• Co-ordination of class inspections and class renewals in accordance with Flag States, timely organisation of inspection and pre-loading surveys • Keeping control of vessel take over, special and dry-docking surveys • Pre-packaging documents for dry-docking• Reporting of technical problems• Occasionally inspections on board the vessels and preparation of quarterly inspection Reports• Change of Flag and Change of Name• Monitoring of the vessels certificates and documentation in accordance with their validity and therefore administration, order and dispatch of same when required• Control of lube- and diesel oil consumption • Monitoring of off-hires• Composing quarterly newsletters• Travel arrangements, flight and hotel bookings, Visas• Occasional back-up of purchase department (quotations, orders, comparing offers)• Frequent correspondence with vessels, charterers and management• Daily tasks, nurture of master data, technical filing, formulating circulars etc.
