I have extensively used ProjectLife Cycle management, Goal Analysis, Visualization and Mind Mapping forplanning, I have had the opportunity to participate in a number of researchstudies which have ultimately Lead to policy change. I was involved inAnnual Action Plan Formulation. I have had also the opportunity to workwith partners for process monitoring and Impact evaluation studies.Involved as state task force team member in User acceptance test and rollout of oracle based Decision Support System.

Since October 2013 : Involved in PIP and scoping process, done village entry conducted PRA exercise. Social Mobilization for forming different level vibrant institutions of Poor (SHGs, Village Organizations, Cluster Level Federations) Livelihoods Promotion through formation and nurturing of producer Groups and Producer Company, Capacity Building of Institutions and Para Professionals. Adopting System of Rice and Wheat intensifications, Working with Partner agencies. MIS Management of the Project.Successfully implemented Lab To Land initiative in Biharsarif Block. Attended and presented in National Colloquium on Lab to Land Initiative at Srinagar, Guwahati, Pune, Trivendrum, and Hyderabad. Also selected as State level Master trainer on Lab to Land initiative.Member of the District innovation forum, involved in selection, appraisal and promotion of various grassroots innovation.Actively involved with process monitoring with partners and quality assurance team. Involved as part of Process Monitoring Team.

Leading 60 members of Bihar team to establish Common Service Centers and enable various Business to Consumers (B2C), Government to Consumers (G2C), Consumer to Consumer (C2C) service through Kiosks.
