I am an experienced Corporate Paralegal with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry. Strong legal professional with a College Diploma focused in Paralegal Studies from O'Sullivan College. I have been a paralegal since 1996 and have been a member of the Corporate Services Group at Davies since 2002.As a corporate paralegal, I am responsible for the maintenance of corporations, particularly Federal and Quebec corporations and I prepare various documents for legal persons and for partnerships namely, registrations, incorporations, organizations, amendments of articles, continuance, amalgamations, dissolutions, rollovers, and arrangements. I also assists lawyers in the preparation of various documents required for closings and review minute books, including unanimous shareholder agreements, and draft audit reports. I also deal with various law firms to coordinate requests in jurisdictions other than Québec and use various internet sites to make searches or to file or request documents.I am also involved in the training of corporate paralegals for the corporate department at Davies
