• Currently as a Security admin for the Application and Access provisioning tower of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. My duty is to add and clean up user access make sure we meet compliance for audit. • Responsible for handling ServiceNow Incident tickets and troubleshooting various applications like LDAP, ACTIVE DIRECTORY, ORACLE, GPP etc. • Currently in charge of over 400 applications and increasing. • 1 year of Identity and Access Management system experience. • Assist with troubleshooting and problem analysis by working with other teams, vendors or users in diagnosing and resolving users access issues. • Utilize technology tools such as Active Directory, Citrix, and other 3rd party software resources to complete access provisioning tasks and application tower task • Raising Support Incident tickets for IT teams • Responsible for Handling Escalation tickets • Responsible for getting access from the App owners and clients and also responsible for taking Income for the Users. • Enforced Multifactor Authentications, taken the Users account remotely and worked on it. • Troubleshooting and giving Access for Various kinds of Applications
