As a Technical Recruiter at Avance Consulting, I have been responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our clients in the European market. My role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing resumes to submitting candidates to clients. I work on Permanent,contract and FTC opportunities and handle multiple requirements simultaneously, ensuring that all client needs are met within the required time frame.One of my primary responsibilities is sourcing resumes that match client requirements. To do this, I use various job boards, social media platforms, and extensions to find active and passive candidates. Once I have identified potential candidates, I screen them for their experience, visa status, umbrella , CTC, and reason for job change. I then coordinate with the candidates to collect all necessary information for the interview process and verify their performance on job roles.In addition to sourcing and screening candidates, I am also responsible for posting job requirements on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to attract top talent.Another crucial aspect of my role is negotiation. I work with both clients and candidates to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the contract. This involves negotiating salary, contract duration, and other benefits. I have developed strong communication and negotiation skills My work as a Technical Recruiter has given me extensive experience in IT recruitment, screening, and technical recruiting. I have a deep understanding of the European market and am familiar with the different job boards, social media platforms, and extensions that are commonly used in the region.
