Developed and tested models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility and operating condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification. Reviewed design requirements and identified appropriate materials to use in development of solutions. Built functional prototypes of products, components and mechanisms using AutoCAD and SolidWoks to meet design specifications.
