• Leading a team of 3 recruiters for sourcing and closing roles at various level.• Ensure talent requisitions are well defined with appropriate role descriptions and approvals.• Evaluated manpower requirements for entire organizations, carried out recruitment & staffing activities across all levels and organized recruitment drives at multiple locations,• Sourcing, Screening and Short-listing resumes through different job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times-job & Social Network Sites like LinkedIn.• Screening applications and short-listing applicants, and evaluating selection process including interviews (telephonic interviews, In-person interviews) & following-up with the candidates.• End to end follow up with the clients and candidate from the time of interview to offer releases till the on- boarding of the candidate.• Handling HR Operations activity’s which Includes Joining formalities, employee documentation and initiating background verification process for new joiners.• Negotiate salary expectations and get approval from management.
