I hold a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering from Konya Technical University, where I focused on satellite geodesy, and a Master's degree in Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) from the University of Twente, where I specialized in the integration of marine and land cadastre. Currently, I work as a Civil Servant at the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre.
