As a Lead Engineer at GT Accessories retrofits team, - Developed status with stakeholders as the ‘go to person’ for site issue resolution related to Fuel gas systems, Piping design and other accessories systems.- Performed FEED survey of 9E (IEC Israel), 6B (IOCL India), 6B (Reliance India) 7x 7E (Marafiq Saudi, Arabia) and 9FA (Japan) to inspect & offer best solution for GT Upgrades.- As a part of continuous improvement process, worked with team to initiate the Corrective actions by updating the ordering specifications to avoid Supplier Deviations Request (SDR). Thus improved the cycle time of the product delivery to customer. - Mentored engineers in the team & also utilized the contract resources to the full capacity. Responsibilities involved design & selection of safety shut off valve, flow-meters, Speed Ratio valves, Gas Control Valves, vent valves. Developing P&IDs for systems on Fuel gas skid, like fuel gas, purge gas, hydraulic oil, fire protection and Heating & ventilation system. Preparing technical specification for Fuel gas skid, performing inspection before shipping from the vendors shop and supporting installation at site.
