Lockstep (Formerly Finly)Duties / Responsibilities:- Inbound (Recruitment) and Outbound (Sourcing) Talent Acquisition.- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.- Determine selection criteria.- Source potential candidates online (Job-boards, social networks & professional platforms).- Plan & Execute selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments & interviews.- Managing & Optimizing ATS (Zoho Recruit)- Assessing / cross referencing candidates information.- Designing job descriptions & interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.- Lead employer branding initiatives.- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time diligently and with all promptness in the best interest of the company
