- Studying and reviewing tender documents, Scope of works, drawings, specifications and client requirements and discussing them with project team.- Preparing bill of quantities and performing calculations.- Undertaking Technical and commercial Proposals for different types of projects such as:Infrastructure, Water and Wastewater, Substations, etc...- Undertaking and preparing projects schedules.- Executing and handling purchase orders for Projects - Negotiating and dividing projects scope with suppliers, subcontractors and Consortium partners according to Proposal Guidelines and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations.
