I am a qualified secondary school teacher with a Diploma in education.I had 3 years teaching experience. I majored in physical education and sports.I had 2 years experience as a sports director and sports coordinator at district level, organizing, training, coaching and managing school calendar sports activities. I am an Advanced Personal trainer with 5 years experience in Virgin Active.I have gained so much experience in training different clients, sports athletes in Virgin Active. I specialized in functional training, weight loss, sports specific, boxing and HIIT(high intensity interval training) I love to train and coach athletes or people . I am creative,dynamic, energetic and professional. I am consistent in my service delivery.
