Projects• Development of project schedules and 4D-models with subsequent analysis and monitoring of the construction project progress for the pulp and paper mill.• Monitoring the schedule for the reconstruction of the mining industry facility.Achievements• Direct involvement in shaping the concept of the pulp and paper mill construction, encompassing the selection of construction strategy, construction phasing, and methods of material and equipment delivery.• The schedule development was completed in a tight timeframe, allowing it to be agreed upon within the deadlines specified in the contract.• While implementing the project for monitoring the schedule for the reconstruction of the facility, a successful replacement of the resigned employee was carried out, enabling the uninterrupted production of progress reports without any interruptions or delays.
