ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Creating independent Cost Optimized Design solutions considering Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Assembly (DFA) to produce optimal Design and Manufacturing based on Engineering Instructions • Supporting in quotation for Tender / Pre-Bidding and project planning• Developing a 3D model and preparing definition files in PLM and effectively managing data in Product Life Cycle Management• Effectively prepare models and technical files based on customer requirements while maintaining precision and adherence to position• Producing 2D drawings with precise functional tolerances in adherence to industry standards• Lead the projects - gathering scope from external customers and lead design activities of internal resources. Sharing technical subjects to the team associates.• Based on assembly drawing create part modelling and drawing with machining tolerance for assembling.• Supporting for Q checking, design review and inspecting hard copies for quality adherence using a comprehensive checklistFUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE & ACHIEVEMENTS • Responding quickly to quality Feedbacks from Sites/ Manufacturing units, Analysing Root cause for Feedback & take necessary corrective action to avoid similar Quality Issues in future • Skilled in activity management with intercompany resources and outside vendors in support of manufacturing, assembly, and feedback handling • Handled several Challenging & Prestigious Projects with Maximum Team size of up to 8 Members
