Department: Food Security and Livelihoods [FSL]Objective 1 - Technical planning, supervision and monitoring of the field activities (50%) . Engage in beneficiary selection under the guidance of Deputy Program Manager and FSL Program Manager . Support the Deputy Program Manager for the design of the livelihoods activities . Support the Deputy Program Manager and FSL Program Manager in the design of trainings to be delivered to livelihoods program participants . Conduct livelihoods activities in the field under the guidance of the Supervisor (input distribution, trainings, set up, maintenance, monitoring, reporting, etc.) . Daily follow up for the cash for work activities with the civil engineer and municipality focal point . Monitor the conformity of the field works (trainings, field visits, meeting, etc...) with the standards of Action Against Hunger, and as per the agreed activity planned, BoQs and contracts . Inform and document the anomalies and the challenges carried out during the implementation phase of the programObjective 2 - Stakeholder coordination (20%) . Field coordination with the local partners on best implementation including participants, local farmers and communities affected by the project activities . Field coordination with local authorities and ensuring continuous communication with beneficiaries and communities’ representatives regarding the implementation of works to ensure a flawless progress of activities . Support in building relationships between Action Against Hunger, district authorities, municipalities and communitiesObjective 3 - Data collection and reporting (30%) . Regular reporting of work progress to the Deputy Program Manager and FSL Program Manager . Report the use of materials and possible improvement
