The technical responsibilities of this position include SQL Database management, Internet Information Services administration, network and infrastructure consulting, and systems engineering. Excellent communication skills are also needed to perform the software installation and software training. Our clients encompass law enforcement agencies from the Mid Atlantic, Southeastern, as well as Midwestern United States. Time management and scheduling is also a large responsibility of this position. Upon accepting this position I took on the task of creating a paperless system that included cloud computing, drafting and design of forms, and the implementation of the paperless systems.

I was responsible for creating and maintaining the County’s intra- and inter- net web sites, ensure data integrity and provide technical support through the creation, publication and review of data before entry and/or review of reports generated from data. Design, develop and document changes, ensure reliability of web servers and sites, and implement new web technologies. I was responsible for administering and monitoring, and maintaining internal email messaging server environment. I worked closely with the County Manager and Department Heads on web site content and presentation. Work also involves reviewing, overseeing, and participating in information services projects, including develops formats for communication with the community and local municipalities
