Developing sourcing strategies for job specific needs. Keeps program hiring managers apprised of developments•Keeping the HRMS portal up-to-date•Ensuring the on boarding process is followed thoroughly by all HR partners•Assists and guide new hires for smooth assimilation into Vectrus group•Contacts hiring managers to discuss specific staffing issues

• Full cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions by sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions• Collaboration with Hiring / Project Managers to understand, assist, and execute hiring strategies and the development of job descriptions• Effective candidate sourcing via search engines, social media, job postings, universities, database mining, professional associations, employee referrals, cold calling and networking contacts• Scheduled phone and in-person interviews with hiring managers so that they do not conflict with other appointments• Research potential projects for local municipalities requiring staff augmentation services and begin the bidding process• Assist in project proposal development and responding to RFP’s and change orders• Prepare analytical reports for new recruiting tools and completion of business certification processes• Created offer letters for each new hire and retrieved all necessary hiring paperwork and onboarding documents• Act as the liaison between IT, payroll, and HR to ensure onboarding and payment is smooth• Review invoices to ensure accuracy• Provide administrative support as needed• Calendar management for the Director of Recruiting

Recruitmento Involved in full life-cycle of Recruitment activities for Permanent and Contract positions.o Drive the non consultant based hiring like Campus Recruitment, Head Hunting, Social networking sites, job portals, building a database of active profiles etc.o Negotiating for salary details & maintaining the database.o Follow-up with Offered Candidates on weekly basis.Joining Formalities & Exit Interviews:o Responsible for preparation of offer letters, responsible for all joining formalities, preparation of appointment letters, Offer letter, ID cards, bank account opening.o Personnel File: Verifying & maintaining the candidate’s educational certificates and other documents.o Induction: Providing the first hand information about company & HR policies to the New Joinees through power point Presentationo Conduct exit formalities, Full & Final Settlement & highlighting key concerns based on exit interview report.o Maintain the exit database, schedule exit interviews, complete the exit formalities, issue reliving and experience letter. Employee Welfare & Grievanceso Managing welfare measures, organizing employee events, medical insurance Policy scheme, Birthday Celebration, Contest etc. to enhance motivation levels & productivity. o Implementing disciplinary norms & standards for minimizing violations of rules & regulations.
