Work on project based on roles assignment from supervisor are as follows: Project Manager/Coordinator, Presales and Engineer (Implementer). Mostly working with Japanese client in manufacturing industry related.Responsible for providing network design, solutions, implementation, technical support for NTT Communications clients. Also collaborate with international branches for NTT Communications service deployment.Job Duties:Project Manager/Coordinator- Manages allocated projects according to timelines, budget and quality standards.- Collaborate with clients to establish implementation schedule.- Coordinate with telecommunications carriers to install services.- Coordinate and manage outsourcing activities and deliverables.Presales- Provides technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation.- Design, develop solutions and network requirements based on clients' needs.- Create bills of materials and statements of work.- Implement pilot and proof-of-concepts installations.Network Engineer- Configuring, securing and deploying network devices.- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network systems, design, configuration, support and processes.- Provides guidance and direction for Tier-1 engineer.- Troubleshooting problems and resolving tickets.- Testing product features and functionality.

Job Duties:- Document issues with resolutions and share with team members to improve team productivity.- Investigating and resolving customer problems.- Assists and handle escalations with vendors and service providers.- Provide remote technical support or onsite support to customer.- Provide technical guidance to Field Service Technicians by assisting with customer issues or providing formal or informal training.- Develop and deliver customer training courses.
