-Maintain, troubleshoot, and innovate the scheduling component of a high volume Manufacturing Execution System (MES)-Oversee automation logic relating to photolithography equipment, reticles, APS, and factory simulation modeling-Cross-functional collaboration between all MES owners to identify project scope, development requirements, and execute according to customer needs to increase factory automation-Introduced novel logic enhancements for the most critical factory bottleneck, saving $150M in deferred investment costs by increasing efficiency and eliminating waste generated by the MES-Frequent customer (MFG / Unit Parts) interaction to explain logic in easily digestible terms, which enables increased factory automation by building trust in the system-Advanced report generation and system monitoring through the creation of Splunk dashboards/alerts as well as Spotfire reports

-Leverage extensive knowledge of scheduling and reporting systems as well as Manufacturing knowledge to improve factory bottlenecks through detailed analyses and following change management procedures-Coordinate testing, implementation, and monitoring of scheduling system change points with manufacturing and engineering groups as well as conduct follow-up ROI analyses-Work closely with manufacturing, systems and engineering personnel to find inefficiencies, create and drive improvement projects, and support daily operations-Perform line analysis and identify bottleneck areas, taking actions to help improve line movement and overall line balance

-Lead a team of six manufacturing operations engineers and serve as liaison between Manufacturing and other departments, including: Quality, Test, Equipment/Process Engineering, Facilities, AMHS, IT, Logistics, and PCS-Present Daily Operations Meeting with Fab leadership to go over current production status, and highlight key focus areas for the day to ensure proper resource allocation and minimize impact to the manufacturing line-Conduct daily line alignment meeting with Manufacturing Operations team, communicating tailored run-plans for sectors with high inventory to balance the line and maximize daily production moves by reducing queue time-Track key NPI/Customer Prototype lots to achieve fastest cycle time possible, and escalate any holds/issues to appropriate teams to ensure prompt disposition

-Monitor a fleet of 200+ tools and coordinate with technicians in the Fab to focus resources on downed tools that are most impactful to the flow of the production line-Participate on projects that improve process/equipment performance, and assist with project execution, including: planning, data collection, providing updates to management, and troubleshooting run-path issues-Coordinate with cross-functional teams from equipment, process and quality engineering to collect data, conduct root cause analyses, and execute recovery plans to restore equipment to production-Review Engineering Change Requests to ensure they will not adversely impact Manufacturing Operations goals-Maintain specifications/procedures related to the processes and equipment, training new manufacturing engineers on how to use them and submit amendments for approval

-Helped troubleshoot design/assembly issues and carry out solutions utilizing FEA simulation tools-Implemented modifications to product designs using CAD software-Assisted in system assemblies and generated photo-realistic renders of the design for client use
