As an Engineering Officer on a Product Tanker operating in the European circuit the job demanded Maintenance of Vessel's mammoth Propulsion unit producing about 12800 BHP, Alternators & Steam Systems.Close monitoring to ensure the safe handling & operation of other Aux. marine equipments on board was some of the other tasks involved.It was a whole new,challenging and adventurous experience to manage the entire 9 floored engine room with just five engineers.

Was one of the lucky few who got a chance to witness the commissioning of a D P Vessel (Dynamic Positioning).During this period was able to interact,work & learn with the experts in the field of Dynamic Positioning. Latter did a Project on the same and secured 'A' grade for the internship seminar.Out of curiosity also carried out & completed an interesting study on the topic 'Shipyard Management'.
