•Issue and reconcile purchase orders for projects with up to $1.7 million worth of kitchen equipment•Prioritize and solve jobsite issues efficiently to maintain project timeline•Schedule or expedite shipments and resolve damaged, missed, or late deliveries•Provide technical service support to ensure equipment warranties are implemented

•Manage initial engagement and develop patron relationships, in person and over the phone•Document patron communication in Tessitura to better support their long term needs•Supervise and support staff; relay appropriate policies and expectations for patron inquiries•Direct Will Call of a 535-seat theatre; resolve patron concerns prior to curtain

•Communicate menu knowledge and F&B trends to aid guests with selections based on individual preferences•Onboard customer-facing new hires; act as Lead for all service duties and expectations•Coordinate problem solving with staff to improve customer experience•Oversee teams and vendors to produce events from setup through final reconciliation

•Perform opening and closing duties of theatre, set up space to receive patrons•Greet, check-in, and assist patrons prior to curtain; manage reserved seats & gifts for donors•Coordinate with stage management to execute on time show and intermission•Field questions about Urbanite’s goals and productions; collect feedback after performances
