InterAct was acquired by Constellation Software Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation (“Harris”) in March 2015. The acquisition by Harris combines InterAct’s 40 years of industry knowledge with Harris’ existing Public Safety Solutions. Our combined presence now serves over 3,000 agencies across 47 states and three continents, ranging in size from only a few users to several thousand users. As of Nov 1st, 2015 InterAct was rebranded as Caliber Public Safety. Mr. Thompson will oversee the strategic direction and market adoption of the Caliber Public Safety suite of products.

InterAct Public Safety acquired EJustice Solutions in September 2011. The acquisition of EJustice Solutions by InterAct Public Safety was a game changer in the public safety industry. EJustice's experience and success in the Online (Cloud) RMS Solutions market combined with InterAct's robust CAD, mobile, map, and other public safety solutions will yield the Nations 1st Next Generation Public Safety Cloud. Mr. Thompson was EJustice's most tenured employee. He was actively involved in securing the 1st EJustice Online customer in 2005. He served in numerous senior leadership positions to help craft, refine, and execute EJustice Solution's Online RMS strategy. As Vice President/GM RMS Products & Online Solutions, Mr. Thompson will oversee the strategic direction and market adoption of InterAct’s industry-leading Online RMS and Cloud solutions. His duties will include: • Define the Strategic development roadmap for Online RMS • Ensure seamless integration of RMS to CAD, Jail, Mobile, and Maps • Roll out and execution of InterAct’s Public Safety Cloud Strategy to sales team members - messaging, positioning, pricing, sales training, sales enablement, sales guidelines, etc. • Attend customer/prospect site meetings and industry related events to craft, test, refine and promote InterAct’s Public Safety Cloud Strategy.

Mr. Thompson’s breadth and depth of over 20 + years of Law Enforcement experience is critical to the development, industry acceptance, maintenance, and longevity of a successful Law Enforcement product offering. As VP Product Strategy & Business Development, Mr. Thompson is responsible for the requirements identification, analysis, and evaluation of new product offerings to ensure customer centered product definition, alignment with industry standards, alignment with market demands, and to distinguish EJustice Solutions, LLC as an industry leader in the RMS market. Since joining EJustice Solutions, LLC in 2005, Mr. Thompson served as VP Client Support and Operations until assuming the position of VP Product Strategy in January 2009. Mr. Thompson was instrumental in securing EJustice’s 1st customers and orchestrating the smooth transition to the EJustice SAAS offering. Mr. Thompson’s exemplary dedication ensured ongoing product support and a high level of client satisfaction and client referencability during EJustice’s critical growth phase. Mr. Thompson’s inherent knowledge of the EJustice Product combined with his industry knowledge and experience as a Law Enforcement Officer played a significant role in EJustice’s business plan gaining acceptance, momentum, and market share to orchestrate the acquisition of the EJustice product from Northrop Grumman Corporation in 2007.

Mr. Thompson was responsible for internal and external consulting in the development and marketing of local and state level justice information systems, including the E*Justice System product. Mr. Thompson managed system installations from pre-sales to post-installation and acceptance phases to orchestrate the smooth transition from system activation to administration and performance. Mr. Thompson led and participated in dozens of requirements gathering sessions focused on horizontal and vertical information sharing at local and regional levels. Mr. Thompson's domains of expertise include information integration, law enforcement, detention/corrections, prosecution/defense, courts, and probation as they relate to adult and juvenile processing.

Mr. Thompson provided support in the areas of law enforcement, traffic enforcement, traffic crash investigation and citizen relations/policing.

Mr. Thompson served as an expert consultant for law enforcement and justice related practices in JAD (Joint Application Design) and requirements design sessions for countywide IJIS project. Mr. Thompson facilitated all countywide end user training of the E*Justice System product.Sheriff's Patrol DivisionMr. Thompson served as the lead Traffic Crash Reconstructionist, coordinating and conducting numerous investigations involving property damage, personal injury, and fatal motor vehicle crashes. Mr. Thompson held the position of Field Training Officer responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating new police recruits. Mr. Thompson served as Shift Supervisor in absence of immediate shift supervision, traffic enforcement, court security, criminal and traffic crash investigations, security posts, and radar unit acquisition.
