Monthly production plan of plant and vendors (Fabrication, Machine shop, Cylinder department, Assembly department) project wise.• Weekly production plan.• Raw material plan (steel plates, Cylinder tube, Joist, Angle, Channel, Rounds etc.).• Long lead brought out items planning (Motors, Pumps, Valves, Oil coolers, Hydro motors, Manifold blocks, Seal kits, Breakers, Cabins, Rotaries, Slew bearings, etc.) as per drawings & Bom’s.• Electric controlled panel requirement planning project wise.• Follow up & communicating with Sales, Design, Production, procurement, Packing & Dispatch team and also with different Vendors, Sub vendors, Suppliers & Transporters.• Communicating with Qc team and customers.• Handling Customer plant visit.• Maintaining documentations, OCM sheets, project History cards, Work orders, Pending project files etc.

• Plasma programmer and Plasma operator .• Keeping stock of Laminate plates (Used for production of Elastomeric bearings) .• Maintaining documentation in Excel sheet .• Planning of laminate plates requirement with blasting department so there will be a smooth transition in production • Communicating with Qc department .

• generation of enquiry through cold calling .• Submission of quotations of equipment as per requirement of customer .• Technical discussion .• commercial negotiation .• conversion of quotation to order .
