Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) | Expert in Cost Management, Contract Negotiation, and Project Delivery

Involves planning, scheduling, material procurement for execution from consultants &architects, Mobilization of manpower in coordination with the clients & office management.•Review blueprints to determine the type of materials needed to install plumbing systems•Choose the pipes and other fixtures according to the building blueprint specifications•Select the materialsto install in the plumbing system•Install plumbing and drainage systems to meet clients' specifications•Test plumbing system performance and makes changes as needed to achieve proper working order

Responsible for Follow-up and Coordination to Ensure Timely Delivery of Equipment as per Schedule.● Review of Drawings related to Project and Planning & Scheduling to Execute the Assigned Job. Experience in Coordinationand Networking with Contractors, Clients and Vendors.● Involves planning, scheduling, material procurement for execution from consultants & architects, Mobilization of manpowerin coordination with the clients & office management.● Involvement in coordination of detailed design phases for all aspects of structural engineering work.● Responsible for Project management & administrative activities for assigned work.● Responsible for preliminary scope of works based on project summary/description provided from clients.● Responsible in preparation of technical documents/ checklist as per the clients requirement.● Familiar with Fire Safety International Codes: NFPA, IBC, UL, FM, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, GCC FIRE SAFETY CODES

2*60/120 MW CAPTIVE POWER PLANT at RINL VIZAG STEEL PLANT, VIZAG.
