My journey started more than ten years ago as a sales representative with a clear vision: building a successful business. I worked my way up from being on a team to leading a team and after only two short years running my own marketing company at the age of 27.
Leading by example, I have always set the sales records, inspiring my team to follow. My focus, determination, leadership and customer service standards enable me to foster highly successful sales teams that always exceed my client’s expectations. 
Managing the daily operations involves overseeing staff and engaging with them to drive the entire recruitment/sales-life-cycle, administration and business processes as well as conducting training sessions and developing client relationships.
