I am a passionate global health professional with over six years of domestic and international experience in monitoring and evaluation and program design and implementation. I also have extensive development experience with fundraising and donor communications. In my current role as a Program Evaluator, I have successfully balanced the day to day demands of ad hoc analyses and routine data monitoring with long-term evaluation projects and the development of organization wide data collection tools, reports, and interactive dashboards. Most recently I have overseen the design, development and implementation of an entire monitoring and evaluation system for a new, multi-year, multi-million-dollar pilot program funded through NYC’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. This has included collaboration with technical developers, program staff, executive leadership and program funders in order to gather, manage and ensure the timely delivery of over 10,000 data points on a monthly basis. Whether I am managing projects, designing and building monitoring and evaluation programs, communicating with funders, conducting needs assessments, or leading a diverse, cross-cultural team, I remain vehement about two key factors: health is a human right, and data driven solutions are key to enhancing program performance.
