Responsibilities include:- Help define the product vision for building Multi-Channel Marketing Automation Platform and create the roadmap to execute this vision.- Work closely with the marketing, sales and customer success teams to understand what our customers want and make sure that the roadmap delivers those needs.- Engage with the customers and users to get constant feedback on how the platform is performing and how to make it more rich productwise. - Work closely with the engineering team to define plans, execute them and launch key features on a continuous basis- Work with UX designers to help create delightful user experience- Make sure that every feature being launched is being held to highest product standards
