*Business Systems Analyst for Salesforce, BRI and the Builder 360 product suite supporting the internal sales organization as well as the finance, purchasing, warranty services, and project management departments of more than 70 nationwide homebuilders.*Automated multiple business processes using workflows, process builder and approval processes.*Implemented Case Management in Salesforce to expand use into the Customer Service team by moving the method to submit closings to an automated email workflow allowing the team to track and process closings quickly. This automation moved the Customer Service team from an unorganized, manual process to a standard, highly automated process giving company executives insight to the Customer Service team not previously available. *Responsible for implementing, maintaining and growing Salesforce org for onsite employees and outside sales managers using Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Chatter, Salesforce1 (mobile), Campaigns, Reports and Dashboards.
