I am a self-motivated and obsessive Technical Human Resources (HR) professional, who is driving the game-changing learning strategy at Tredence Inc., with the practice of Technology and Program Management. I am trying to balance the Tactical and Organizational Orientation by brutal operational competence, the sense of collectiveness by the need of people to build their talent, the international prospective by local relevance while trying to ensure that the long-term commitments must leave room for unlearning, redevelopment and renewal.
