Main Responsibilities:● Planning, Configuration, Implementation and Optimization of Core Network- IP addresses planning for Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure for Data Centre.- Deploy Cisco Nexus 9000 Series Switches as Spine & Leaf along with APIC Controller.- Optimized the bank traditional network and intergrade with the ACI.- Documenting and enforcing system standards.● Integration, Optimization & Troubleshooting of Traditional Data Centre, Branches & ATM’s- IOS update & Configure Router CISCO1921/K9, CISCO2811, ISR4321/K9, CISCO1811, C891F-K9, C892F-K9 as well as Cisco- 2960 Switches. Segregate Branch & ATM networks. Configuringand troubleshooting with VLANs.● Maintenance and troubleshooting- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problemsand outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network team on networkoptimization.- Defining and maintaining security policies.- Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, support and administer firewallenvironments in line with IT security policy.- Execute internal (Core) & external (DMZ) network firewall and ACL service requests.- L2 connectivity between DC (Data Centre) & DR (Disaster Recovery) site.- Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment.- Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users during installation and fault findingif issues occur upon initial installation.- Interact with project management teams, vendor engineers and service desk on a regular basis.● Vendor Management- Coordinate with Vendors for Quality Improvement of the network- Ensure timely repair of faulty equipment- Monthly bill processing & maintenance bill processing as per management approval.

Main Responsibilities:● Planning, Configuration, Implementation, and Optimization of Core Network- IP addresses planning for different COs (Central Office) in Dhaka and as well as outside ofDhaka for different type services.- MPLS, VPN, BGP, OSPF, QoS etc Service implementation as per plan.● Integration, Optimization & Troubleshooting of 3G IP Transport- IOS update & Configure Router Cisco ASR-901, 903 and Juniper ACX-1000, 1100.● Design, maintenance and troubleshoot of Switch- Configure Switch Cisco- ME3400, 2960, Huawei-Quid way S5300, S3300 with QinQ vlan serviceImplementation.- MA5616 (MDU) configuration and implementation.- Configuring and troubleshooting with VLAN.● Planning, Configuration, Implementation, and Optimization of Access Network- Huawei MA5600T, MA5603T, MA5608T (GPON) configuration and service implementation.- LS cable LST2600 (GPON) configuration and service implementation.- Configuring the QoS for FTTH, FTTB, FTTC network.● Vendor Management- Coordinate with Vendors for Quality Improvement of the network- To ensure timely repair of faulty equipment- Network Tools Analysis and Up gradation● Backend Customer Support- Provide critical fault handling techniques to the support department for customer.- Provide 3rd level support to customer.●Sites Deployment- Prepare BOQ for sites to the higher Management.- Making Technical Proposals for Network development & expansions.

Main Responsibilities: Configure CISCO layer 3/ layer2 switches like CISCO ME3400, CISCO 3750, and CISCO 2960. Configure Juniper layer 3 switches like EX 2200, EX 3200, EX 4200. Design solution for data network such as point to point, point to multipoint, clear channel,Vlan with dotnq 84 4 .22 (QinQ), VRF over MPLS network etc. Setup connectivity between clients end via MPLS underground network with the opticalmodules like SFP, GLCT (Copper SFP), Media Converters etc. Maintain contact with ICT vendors like CISCO, Juniper, Dell, and others for getting supportquickly and timely. Also be update on latest ICT products from the vendors. Attend client’s technical meeting for design the network solution. Creating BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for client support. Configure SNMPc’s (Monitoring system to monitor the port status) & Cacti graph(Monitoring system to monitor the use of bandwidth). Maintain proper tagging at ODF (Optical Distribution Frame) Room. Monitor network activity and devices. Maintain different log (Power log, Equipment log, ODF log). Prepare purchase requisition for switches, Patch Cord, SFPs etc

Main Responsibilities: Install and configure Microsoft Windows Server 2003 for different user group. Install, configure and administer hardware and software of aamra Management SolutionsLAN (local area network). Install and configure OEL 5.3 (Oracle Enterprise Linux) for the different OEL vendorsorganized by Thakral Info. Arrange lab environment for ACCA examination organized by British Council. Design different 2 labs under same network for Office 2007 training organized by GP. Create BOM (Bill of Materials) for CISCO Equipment as per requirements from clients. Acquiring depth knowledge about CISCO products & Juniper products. Prepare tender schedule documents as required.
