I am a family man, Olympian, and entrepreneur, currently riding the technological waves of change! I believe in living life to its fullest, and committing 100% to the task, challenge or experience at hand.I am a Solution Designer, and thrive on being able to continually apply my analytical & strategic strengths to solve problems, at the intersection where business meets technology. In particular, I'm driven to build long term capital value in new & existing businesses. I'm currently focused on developing a Smart Athlete Management platform for Vancouver based start-up Sports Technology Group (STG).I have a passion for technology, education and sport, and have founded various businesses including HockeyShop.co.za, Stampede Mobile Technologies & Super Fives Hockey respectively. Through my involvement with sport, I’ve been lucky enough to travel extensively, meeting people from all over the world, experiencing different cultures and ideas. As an Olympian (Hockey, Athens 2004), the lessons & skills learnt through my experiences in a team environment have been fundamental to my success in dealing with people, project management, and commercial business development. I believe that with the exponential rate of change of technology, it is the entrepreneurs of today that are going to step up, impact and solve the global humanitarian & resource challenges we currently face. I am committed to solution designs that will impact people at scale!
