About Marcin Wielgus

It is nice to see your software to run smoothly and to know its design won't be a problem when users decide to turn requirements upside down. After all it's all about it! Make them change requirements not the software vendor.For first six years after college I've been working in small companies, where i have had opportunity to be a part of every software life-cycle development; from gathering requirements, design, development up to deployment and maintenance. Now I work in a larger organization where my skills also found some use and as I'm a part of something bigger I feel that my skills are getting stronger. I have found myself flexible enough to be able to do much more than my studies and experience prepared me to. I think that's my main goal - to adjust to anything that comes in the way, face problems and new situations and make them work for my cause.In my spare time I try to learn new things, mainly software related (new languages, technologies, approaches). My goal is to combine this knowledge hunger with professional life.Specialties: Object oriented design, Domain/Test driven development, JEE technology based architectures.
