Senior Marketing Automation Specialist
CurrentAs the HubSpot Expert/Owner at Visiopharm, I:• design and manage simple and complex marketing workflows• establish and promote best practices for using HubSpot, including developing guidelines and documentation to ensure consistent and effective use of the platform.• ensure marketing automation processes complies with GDPR and other data privacy regulations to maintain the security and integrity of customer data.• assist in the integration of HubSpot with Dynamics 365 CRM and the sales execution platform, Outreach, to achieve data consistency and facilitate smooth data flow and alignment between the marketing and sales teams.• provide support and assistance to other employees at Visiopharm who use HubSpot. Answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance to ensure they can effectively use the platform.• co-manage the relationship with HubSpot as a vendor, including licensing, support, and updates.In marketing automation strategy, I:• set up, run, and manage marketing campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot for new customer acquisition, nurturing, and lead scoring• work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Academy & Training teams to develop strategies and workflows that leverage HubSpot's capabilities.In email marketing, I:• manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns• build and execute well designed emails, landing pages and forms.• personalise communication through segmentation, dynamic content, behavioural triggers.• A/B split test subject lines, content, and CTAs• delivery• track key metrics (open rates, clickthrough rates, click-to-open rates, bounce rates, subscribe/unsubscribe rates)• provide actionable insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.In analytics and reporting, I:• track, measure, and report on the campaign performance through detailed reports and dashboards of key metrics in HubSpot.
