Selected Contributions:  Booking conference rooms on 'Condeco' for a suite of eight rooms and eight hot desks internally. Setting up/clearing all meeting rooms and events with all equipment and refreshments. Answering and directing calls on a MiVoice PC based switchboard.  Managing seminars and other events from start to finish. Overseeing all temporary security passes for internal and visiting staff.  Ordering all catering, grocery and alcoholic items kept on the premises, with monthly inventory checks. Managing contractors/suppliers on site.
