About Subrata Ghosh

Currently I'm responsible for personalization framework, create ‘Omni channel environment’ and feature enhancement of Contextual Marketing. During my tenure I worked as Campaign Manager for HVS, Postpaid & Enterprise. Involved in various BTL channel development and project work. Among them I developed channels like PCN-BCN (BTL offer self-activation tool), Power Load (Retailer up-sell tool), CMP (Contextual Marketing Platform) etc. I also worked as an acting leader of CRM team.I have been served Grameenphone since December 2006. During my journey I worked in various unit. I first worked at GPSD (Grameenphone Service Desk) at Sylhet region. Then I worked for regional co-ordination of Sylhet region. I also worked for regional back office team. I worked with STP (Service Touch Point) team in first phase. Where I involved for recruitement, support and training facilities of STP (Service Touch Point). I also selected for TO (Territory Officer) of Sylhet Region. Then I transferred to Faridpur from Sylhet. After working 2months in there I joined Dhaka Region at November 2009. Here I worked for PM (People Management), Inbound Contact Center, Customer Relationship Management (Under NBCC) and then from May 2012 I'm working at Quality Assurance.In my Quality Assurance tenure I successfully handled Process Improvement, Checklist & QSDD designing, NPS Guideline designing & Implantation for QA, QoS Platform designing and Quality Enhancement initiatives. I also brings to the table my experience in training the newly recruited people of Grameenphone about QA and developing the existing Call center Agents of Grameenphone. I am also a responsible person for analysis and design way forward for Customer Service of Grameenphone.I was also selected as a "Talent" for two times in a row from EDP Program.
