Working directly with the customers Logistics Director and team, this project starting with raw data now tracks payment, location, on time deliveries, delays and all pertinent information for this multi-million dollar enterprise. ■ Manage and track FCL and LCL import cargo; arranging all necessary documentation, customs clearance, deliveries and accounting. Ensuring efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction is a daily responsibility.■ Administer tenders from global customers generating from the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico sales force validating accuracy, on-time responses, completion, and profitability.■ Accurately, as well as aggressively offer pricing for containerized ocean import and export shipments for the United States. ■ Coordinate new requests directly with ocean steamship lines for customized customer solutions.

■ Responsible for collecting and interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon research findings by using both internal and external tools to provide data analysis, comprehensive reports, and a strategic vision for corporate goals on regular and ad hoc basis.■ Conducted detailed analyses and/or forecasts utilizing available systems, publications and field intel. Analyses included, but not limited to, by commodity, U.S. Sales, competition, U.S. origins, overseas destinations and customers.■ Created and provided KPIs of U.S. Sales force to local and overseas Management Team on quarterly and as needed basis.
