Management of the full procurement cycle from Specifications and contract conditions submission, to delivery and installation / replacement of equipment. Project management support and development of technical solutions in accordance with clients' terms of referencies.Responsibilities:Procurement management:1.Organization of reasonable equipment selection based on TOR (up to 300 positions / per 1 contract).2. Day-to-day line management of strategic and ad-hoc purchases (Contracts signing, Invoice approval, Debt / Payment schedule control, Goods delivery).3. Vendors base maintaining (more than 100 vendors) and on-going network expansion including foreign manufacturers and suppliers of IT and banking equipment (China, UK, Holland, USA).4. Negotiation activity. Help the company to achieve its cost reduction targets of project budget.5. Team management: tasks assignment, supervising (4 team members).6. Project management support. Involvement in projects' risks identification and assessment process (Potential losses / New opportunities).7. Reporting to General director: direct and tender supply reporting. KPI reporting.Inventory Management:1. Performing of ABC + XYZ inventory analysis for warehouse stock keeping level and optimization.2. Min Max inventory levels approval in-line with inventory stock status. More than 20,000 items in 27 warehouses situated in different regions of Russian Federation.Process improvements:1. Issuing department regulations and internal instructions relating to procurement processes. (Equipment and Materials Receiving Inspection Guidelines)2. Involvement in Automatization process and upgrade of the following Software programs: 1С 8.2, Bitrix24, ServiceDesk, MS Office, Document workflow. (Development technical solutions related to existing bottlenecks in the process, implementation (incl. Testing and release stage).

BP Exploration Russia project involvement.Responsibilities:1. Procurement planning and purchase control, control of subcontractors jobs execution.2. Deep involvement in projects which were connected with equipment infrastructure changes , users workplaces changes, hardware upgrade.3. Coordination of IT maintenance of server rooms4. Coaching new team members, management of onsite engineer’s group.5. Installation, configuration, technical support of workplaces, laptops, peripherals, software.6. Consolidated reporting to management about tickets status on a weekly basis.7. Administration of AD, DHCP, Exchange.8. Maintenance and configuration of a local PBX server, backup server, file server, video conferencing, Consultant +, off-site radio telephone equipment.9. MFPD technical support. Inventory stockcount process in-charge and stock statement reporting.10. Compliance with the following regulations:BP IT&S and HSSE policies, ITIL frameworks, digital security standards.11. Test and implementation of new technical solutions. Build communication and activities coordination with local and foreign suppliers.12.
