Im a molecular genetic technologist and cytotechnologist with skills in molecular biology techniques like Real-Time PCR, Gel electrophoresis, DNA-RNA extraction, Western Blotting etc. cytogenetic techniques like FISH, Conventional Karyotyping, Bone marrow culture, Microarray.I have experience in cancer research studies like identificatio of BCR-ABL gene fusion transcripts from Chronic myeloid leukemia patients.I also take part studies conducted about gene expression studies for breast cancer patients using immunohistochemistry. I done my thesis titled Association of ESR beta gene with Rsa I polymorphisms in Pre- menestrual symptom in women of mysuru region.Im more interested cancer genetics and cytogenetics.
