- Leveraged AutoCAD expertise to draft and manage over ~30 Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for high-value pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing facilities such as Pfizer, Wuxi, Alcon Viscoelastics, WARP10.- Ensured seamless integration of design elements by cross-referencing Block Flow Diagrams (BFD), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and P&IDs, guaranteeing alignment with project objectives, clients’ specifications, and engineering standards.- Ensured accuracy and compliance of instrument and equipment datasheets with process design standards.

Project: Rapid, High-Detail Additive Manufacturing of Thermoplastics by Light-Driven Polymerization at a Liquid-Liquid Interface- Tested different anti-solvents with different ratios, photoinitiators concentrations, water glycerol percentages, and color dyes to determine which combination results in the highest resolution and highest molecular weight when printed with the monomer, Methyl Methacrylate 99%.- Utilized a R-100 Rotary Evaporator and a centrifuge that spins at 15060 RPM for molecular weight testing. - Assessed the resolution of the printed polymers using Pylon Viewer 64-BIT to determine what chemical combinations would create a well-structured, stabilized and high resolution polymer.- Conducted a research on finding a yellow dye similar to Tatrazine, which has properties like water solubility and a similar UV range.

Bureau of Lab Services: Scientific and Regulatory Unit- Conducted a study between Hach pH probe 101 and pH probe 201 to determine which is more dependable to use in terms of pH stabilization and accuracy- Utilized DR300 for quarterly calibration on pH probes for optimal corrosion control treatment (OCCT) to investigate lead and copper - Analyzed graphs with WISKI to demonstrate patterns in turbidity, chlorine, and pH level. Recorded data from daily water sampling with LIMS. - Collected water samples from hydrants and sites. Measured chlorine levels with SL1000.
