Key Responsibilities: o Leads design work and coordination on medium to large scale projects ensuring project objectives are met, design instructions are implemented, and delivery is achieved within the set.o Adopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops appropriate research and documentation to support these solutions. o Produces detailed blueprints (designs, architectural details & documents, calculations, schematic drawings, construction drawings, cost estimates, renderings,) and performs necessary corrections. o Cooperates and liaises with construction professionals (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and specialist consultants, subcontractors, architects, and client’s agents). o Planning, monitoring, organizing and leading a team of architects and draftsmen to achieve set deadlines and submittals. o Attends client’s meetings as required.o Leads team meetings and brings ideas and solutions to the tableo Regularly reviews and checks their team deliverables for accuracy, efficiency, and thoroughness ensuring delivery is as per Client requirements and Industry standardso Compiles project specifications, design reports… and ensure that they meet Client requirements (design, budget, timeline…) o Ensures that all works are carried out are following specific standards and building codes (NFPA, French Code...) guidelines, fire regulations, and other ordinances. o Prepares BIM models and drawings using Revit Architecture and coordinates using Navisworks and ensures the accuracy and quality of the BIM model information, presentation, and coordinationo Reviews / Checks material schedules and sample boards. o Provide technical support to site supervision teams and resolve design-related issues on site.

Key Responsibilities: o Leads design work on small to medium scale projects or particular packages for large projects ensuring project objectives are met, design instructions are implemented, and delivery is achieved within the set time and budget fee.o Leads team meetings and brings ideas and solutions to the tableo Produces detailed blueprints (designs, architectural details & documents, calculations, schematic drawings, construction drawings, cost estimates, renderings,) and performs necessary corrections. o Liaises with all trades starting from Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and specialist consultants, subcontractors, architects, and client’s agents. o Compiles project specifications, design reports… and ensure that they meet Client requirements (design, budget, timeline…) and Industry Standards.o Ensures that all works are carried out are following specific standards and building codes (NFPA, French Code...) guidelines, fire regulations, and other ordinances. o Provides guidance to junior staffo Performs site visits to check on project status, reports on the project, and approves all technical submittals, and shop drawings. o Provide technical support to site supervision teams and resolve design-related issues on site.
