Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices in all across organization .Facilitates the development of appropriate organization structures with clearly defined roles and responsibilities,KPI and manpower requirements.Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal as per set schedules, provides technical guidance to appraisers, oversees proper documentation and timely decision making of related decisions.Formulates policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the Company.Determines the appropriate compensation plan and structure for the company using market trends,Survey and data, implements reward and recognition program mes including decisions on bonuses and increments.STRATEGIC-Training Needs Identification,Skill-Gap Analysis,Competency Map (Employee Ratings, Observed / Desired / Gaps).Training & Development Plans (Technical / Soft Skills / Knowledge) .Identifies critical employee training needs across the Company, designs the annual training calendar, supervises its execution and monitors the effectiveness of training.Monitors the execution of well-planned induction program mes to enable the new employees reach productivity levels faster.Ensure legal compliance of all HR policies and practices.Monitor ,responsible and execute for all HR Operation across the Group

• Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. • Oversee central HR administration .Recruiting Candidates at all Levels for different sectors using different sources. (Headhunting, Database, College recruits, Internal refer and training institute).Screening, Shorting the profiles , Database & Conducting Interviews.• Job design of employees within and outside the Organization.• Induction and Orientation for new employees.• Training and Development(Training Need Analysis)& identifying the resource person for Training Cell.• Responsible for mentoring, guiding and developing TEAM , them as a second line to the current position.• Proper maintenance of all employees record and document & make sure them all remain confident.• Handling all the queries of employee relating to salaries, leave, Policies ,and benefit to employee• Developing and Implementing a Company marketing plan and founding out areas for Recruitment and Training cells.• Facilitate / support the development of the Team members
