Responsible for leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to drive short-term and long-term strategic priorities across commercial, horizontal & operational functions for Lazada Malaysia; reporting directly to the Country CEO & Regional Head of Business Intelligence. Member of Lazada Malaysia Management Team.Responsibilities include:-• Identify, drive and align key strategies & priorities with CEO, COO and key senior stakeholders to ensure it is successfully cascaded across the organisation• Leverage on data analysis to drive efficient decision making across the organization• Sounding boarding for senior management on key strategic decisions across the organization • Performance management: target setting, forecasting and tracking of key metrics across the organisation• Budget planning and resource allocation with evaluation of impact and tradeoffs• Involved in originating, managing, tracking and executing key projects for the business• Develop understanding of competitive environment and competitor’s business model• Process improvement to reduce inefficiencies and redundant processes• Developed frameworks to build deeper understanding of users’ behavior leading to an increase in new buyer acquisition, buyer retention and customer engagement on the platform

Responsible for identifying and analyzing opportunities to drive improvement across commercial and operational aspects of Lazada Malaysia; reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer / Head of CEO’s Office.

• Developed a working knowledge of the issues surrounding talent attraction and retention, both at the individual level as well as the national level. • Assisted the team in identifying key gaps within the student diaspora market and proposed potential short-term and medium-term solutions.• Managed multiple corporate stakeholders involved in resolving student diaspora outreach.

• Involved in the writing and editing process of the CEO’s speech for Maybank Staff Children’s Academic Excellence Awards 2011, as well as the opening and closing speech for the Maybank Sports Carnival 2011 for the Head of Group Human Capital & Head of Community Financial Services.
