I am currently pursuing a degree in finance and a co-major in business analytics at IU Kelley with a minor in hospitality management & policy under O'Neill. Within Kelley, I am also part of the highly selective Kelley honors program allowing me to engage in harder course load and pursue honor specific opportunities within Kelley. In my previous experiences at Ridgewood Country Club and Be Brain Bright, I have gained soft-skills that enable me to work with well others, manage my time wisely, problem solve and understand needs of others when approaching projects. It also allowed me to see operations of different industries that can be helpful when moving forward in my career. At Kelley, I am actively a Computers In Business Peer Tutor where I help facilitate student learning in Microsoft Excel and Access. I have also demonstrated these skills through participating in a Deloitte Data Challenge Case competition where I placed 2nd place with my team members. These projects showcased my data analytics and modeling skills in a tangible manner.Additionally, I am a Kelley-to-Kelley Peer Mentor as well as in Kappa Omega Alpha (business law professional fraternity). I also helped co-founded the Indian Student Business Association. This organization strives to connect individuals with similar backgrounds within Kelley allowing them to develop professionally and give back. These experiences have allowed me to build strong relationships and give back to my communities as I hope to do in my future career.Outside of Kelley, I am a PR manager and an active dancer for Hoosier Hamzath: a competitive fusion dance team. This team allows me to continue my passion for dance while representing Indiana University at several national stages across the country.As I get move forward, I hope to pursue a career that enables me to use my financial background and analytical skills. I also hope to incorporate my interest for healthcare through a career that has an intersection of both industries through an analyst/director position.
