Currently I am wokring as Assistant Education officer of concerned jurisdiction has to manage core indicators of school performance related to teachers, staff and students. This post desires to implement the directions and policies of the provincial and local government to improve infrastructure, quality of education, achievement of indicators and goals of free and compulsory education for all for best interest of school and public. Furthermore, assessment of quality of teachers performance for implementation of quality education is also a core role of this post. Schools assessment regarding infrastructure, working of teachers, results, record maintaining and achievement of goals of quality education for best interest of public are also examined by an Assistant Education Officer (AEO). Implementation of orders, policies and goal oriented orders of administrative authorities, local and provincial governments in trure letter and spirit.
