Saad is an independent advisor and serves primarily public and private sector clients in North America and the MENA region on strategy, corporate transformations, public sector delivery, and economic development.He also advises high growth potential SME and Startup clients in the Telecom, Media and Technology space. Together with investors and CEOs he has shaped overall strategy, co-developed market entry plans, established and refined internal operating models. All in addition to running complex M&A fundraising and other corporate finance projects along the full length of the deal cycle.Saad is also engaged in advisory both on a shorter-term project basis as well as longer term ongoing support. Deployment varies from end-to-end project alongside full-time teams to individual advisory mandates (and anything in between).He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Western and an MBA from IE Business School. Saad currently splits his time between North America and the Middle East.
