 Played a pivotal role in managing the Platform Services portfolio, spearheading program and project management for the organization's largest portfolio. Assumed full responsibility for the end-to-end development and delivery (from ideation to benefits realization) across five workstreams, encompassing 25 live projects. Demonstrated integrity and accountability by overseeing the delivery of an annual budget of $45 million (OPEX + CAPEX). Supported C-level stakeholders in managing cross-portfolio alignment through the development of strategic roadmaps. Established a PMO (Project Management Office) to effectively manage the organization's largest portfolio. Developed and implemented a new PMO and Business Investment Framework (BIF) to guide investment decisions for the portfolio, aligning with the company's capitalization requirements and managing an annual budget of $45 million. Made a significant contribution as the UK lead in evaluating and implementing a new requirements management tool (JIRA). Spearheaded the UK team in implementing an enterprise-wide portfolio management tool, MS Project Server 2013. Successfully completed the implementation of Qlikview-based information dashboards for three products, integrating seven different data sources in the backend.
