Growing up, I envisioned myself as the classic 9 to 5, sitting in a cubicle. However, as graduation approached, I became obsessed with being self-competitive and breaking out of the mental barrier I had placed myself in. This journey through previous years handed me many 'first' heartbreaks including three failed business ventures, job termination due to Covid, injuries that kept me from playing soccer, and facing my own frustration to find a singular successful career path while in university.Despite these adversities, I have learned that failure is success. As Napoleon Hill said, “Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit.” Refusing to pursue anything due to fear of failure will prevent us from finding success. Through various self-discovery tools and divergent thinking, I have learned that my failures give me the strength and drive to succeed and thrive for perfection in anything I may pursue.As a sports fanatic and former player, I developed a connection with my passion and my education, finding excitement in working with International Soccer and applying my experience and failures from previous clubs with my degree to assist and help the club elevate to a new level via various business strategies. I also launched my own successful business venture, Divine Staging and Decor, applying various tools such as design thinking challenges and the business model canvas.My specialties include creative solutions to business needs and goals, developing innovative marketing strategies, funding new ventures, innovation in sports, and strategic management and sales. I am always eager to try new things and meet new people and have a competitive streak with myself to constantly overwork and thrive to be better than who I was the day before.
