• Managing all finance and accounting operations.• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R & A/P.• Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.• Support month-end and year-end close process.• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings (VAT).• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. • Support Document control department. • Experience with creating financial statements.

• Operating Focus(Accounting Software)• Responsible for all invoice raised to the clients.• Responsible for all Cash and Bank Transactions.• Preparation of TDS Fines and pay for every month on before due dates.• Daily stock entries.• Generating all type of reports using Excel and Focus.• Preparation of daily Sales reports.• Checking of all Cash and Bank transactions posting with respective ledgers. • Opening and Closing balances with the balance sheet.• Preparation and maintaining of all Cash and Bank Transactions manually and Computerized of our clients.• Maintaining EPF and generates form 22 & 16(A).• Prepares ESI and passes general form with proper deductions.• Handling of all employee salaries and other payment like telephone bills, internet, and office rental charges etc.• Maintaining Petty cash.• Preparation of Debtors and creditors reconciliation statements. • Review the invoices to ensure that all the information appearing on them is accurate and complete.• Prepares month end Sales/accounts reports. • Responsible for providing an efficient and professional administrative and clerical service to colleagues, managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the office.
