Senior Cost Accountant Last 2009 – PresentENERGYA POWER CABLES – EL SWEDEY ( One of the largest companies manufacturing power cables in the Middle East )10th of Ramadan City – Egyptwww.energya.com Responsible for the daily accounts as well as month and year-end financial statements like:• Preparation of standard cost for cables and sent it to sales man to enter tenders.• Prepare all cost reporting like semi finish goods first & end time & production analysis & Finish goods analysis & sales analysis & the cost of goods sold &the cost of production & Orders backlog & the cost of unutilized capacity & analysis all monthly expenses and extraction rates of loading .• Prepare a report comparison between standard and actual cost and analyze the reasons of the difference.• Preparing the quantity equation and extracting the scrap ratios for each materia.• Preparing the cost of goods sold and knowing the actual profitability of each production order.• Follow up & control and closing all cost accounts on accountant program GL-Fox Pro Sys• Prepare all costing journals voucher.• Prepare and analysis the costing statement and the income statement ( P&L)
