‎‏- Responsible for working closely with the Line Producer‎‏- Responsible for reconciling petty cash- Follow up on The Payroll Statement and Make The Payment On Time - Distribution Of The Per Diem For The Crew - Prepare a Neom Report On The Expenses That were Paid in The region

Sr. Accountant payables:- review the invoices interred on the system by the purchases dept.- review the taxes related to suppliers’ invoices - reporting to the management analytical reports regarding to the suppliers payments , due amounts ,and the classifications of the suppliers - monthly closing entries regarding the suppliers ( settlements , dues ,…etc.)- check on daily basis the due balances on the suppliers’ accounts with the purchases dept.

Jr.Accountant Payable :- reconcile suppliers’ accounts-review trial balance for the suppliers monthly basis and check the due amounts, check if the due regrading the undeceived material or advances - record the daily transactions “ payables , receivables “Sr. Treasury accountant:- Review advances for employees - make payments for the suppliers “ transfers , checks and cash “-oversight the treasury and monthly physical count for cash - report to the top management for the daily transactions and the balances in our banks - maintain a portfolio of 5000000 SAR ( distributed between (SAR-EUR-USD).
